What size is a passport photo?
35 × 45 mm. At print quality (300 dpi) that is 413 × 531 pixels, which is what the preset makes.
What is the difference between crop and fit?
"Crop to fill" fills the whole size and trims the edges. "Fit with border" shows the whole picture and adds a plain border around it.
